Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya launched polio vaccination day. As per the polio drop day, the vaccine drops will be given to children under 5 years of age on this day. Polio drops 2022 will be given to all the eligible kids.
Polio Drops Date 2022
India has gained its polio free country status due to its nation wide polio vaccination programme. Polio vaccine is given to the kids in the drop form. National Immunization day and Sub-National Immunization Days is organized by India to maintain the awareness about the polio vaccination.
On this day over 15 cr children will be vaccinated against polio. The event will take place in 735 districts across all 36 states and union territories during the polio NID.
Polio Drop Date 2022 : 27 February 2022.
Most of the states have organised this day on 27th February. Following stated will host the polio vaccination date on the later dates
Polio Drop date in Mizoram : 1-3-22
Polio Drop date in Manipur and UP : 20-3-22 to 24-3-22
Polio Drops 2022 will also be given Door to Door by the Health Volunteers. The Polio Health team will also be available at Public Transport places, Parks and other public places so that maximum Drops are delivered.
